About the position

The Manager of IT Organizational Change Management at Ahold Delhaize USA is responsible for leading change management initiatives related to large-scale IT transformation programs. This role involves developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization. The position requires collaboration with various teams to support operating model transformations and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change strategy, change impact, change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication plan, and training across all strategic IT initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive ADKAR change journeys and plans by stakeholder persona, including change, mindset shifts, communications, and learning.
  • Partner with the ADUSA Communications team to develop and execute communication strategies for all stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with ADUSA business change management to build and deliver an enterprise-wide change management strategy.
  • Work with IT learning and development to build and execute learning plans.
  • Advise and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Manage a team of Change Leadership project managers (contractors) and ensure standard change management practices are applied across the organization.
  • Work collaboratively across IT, supporting functions, and business stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in organizational change management.
  • Proven change leader with demonstrated skill and experience in change management principles.
  • Experience leading change management in large-scale IT transformations and/or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that meet the needs of different audiences.
