Responsibilities

• Act as IT SAP key account for DX business and business partner managers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex logistics solutions using SAP.
• Align individual team goals with broader corporate objectives while building a high-performing team.
• Support project and program planning and execution for regional and global projects.
• Track budget for global changes and project progress, defining success criteria and measurable goals.
• Support as deputy system owner for P41, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency.
• Manage ITSM processes to design, create, deliver, and support SAP IT services.
• Manage vendor relationships in a managed service model, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including strategy development and architecture discussions.
• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience implementing and supporting medium-to-large-scale IT projects, preferably with SAP experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in vendor management and successful project delivery.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team settings.
