About the position

Are you a strategic leader with expertise in managing complex IT programs and driving organizational change? Join our team as a Manager of IT Project Management within the IT PMO, where you will oversee large-scale IT program workstreams, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance business processes and meet technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an assigned IT program workstream, such as the SCORE program, overseeing requirements definition, analysis, design, and implementation of both new systems and modifications to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with program objectives, ensuring adherence to the governance framework while addressing key issues and mitigating risks.
  • Play a critical role in driving OCM activities, including the development of change management strategies and training resources to ensure smooth solution deployment and adoption by end users.
  • Resolve complex operational challenges, implement effective solutions, and maintain a constant focus on delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor, providing guidance on financial needs and strategies for partnering business units.
  • Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to achieving program goals.

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ten (10) years progressively responsible related experience in area/s of assignment is required to obtain an advanced understanding of team management, complex solution resolution, project management, finance, and budget management.
  • Minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills, high quality interpersonal and people management skills, and demonstrated experience in project management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leading transformational programs or projects with multiple stakeholders and objectives preferred.
