The Manager, Leads Insights position at Anywhere Real Estate is a remote role focused on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue operations within the Anywhere Leads Network. This role involves extracting and analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and enhance the overall home buying and selling experience for consumers. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and emphasizes the importance of a data-driven culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support revenue operations and decision-making.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting.
• Implement and refine an agile data reporting process.
• Develop and document application process maps, data flows, and data definitions.
• Assist in creating new data solutions and tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to offer actionable recommendations that align with the overall revenue strategy.
• Oversee and track data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Use Confluence to create & maintain detailed documentation, process maps, and data definitions.
• Use JIRA for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and coordinating with team members effectively.
• Support the migration from Legacy systems to cloud-based solutions, enabling a scalable and automated reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with internal teams to gather and integrate data sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Promote and champion a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience developing and implementing ETL pipelines and end-to-end data science modeling workflows in a cloud-based environment.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python with experience in cloud-based technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Mongo DB, Airflow).
• Experience using git (or similar) in production data science/analytics setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with NoSQL, dbt, Kafka, Docker, and LLMs is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Experience writing unit tests, anomaly detection, and other data quality assurance best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with dbt, Kafka, Docker, and LLMs.
