About the position

The Manager, Learning Enablement at Travelers is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that leverage learning technology to enhance organizational programs and processes. This role involves collaboration with business partners and learning teams to influence strategies that align with business goals, ensuring optimal learning experiences across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a comprehensive learning strategy, including product ownership and leadership consultation.
  • Partner with management to assess and develop planning strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to determine scope and required resources for optimal results.
  • Support business continuity efforts to streamline internal processes and create a consistent learning experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate vendors for learning solutions.
  • Contribute to the Enterprise Learning Technology Roadmap and develop training tools and modules.
  • Develop measures to ensure learning solutions are effective and aligned with business strategy.
  • Report on the effectiveness of learning solutions and provide insights on best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six years of experience in Insurance, Operations, and Technology, with three years in creating and implementing technology standards and best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret trends and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for consulting and presenting information.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage change and develop team members.
  • Four years of experience in Learning, Insurance Operations, Technology, or related fields.
