About the position

The Learning Experience Manager at AdventHealth is responsible for supervising the learning experience team in the design, delivery, and logistics of learning programs. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive learning strategies in collaboration with organizational leaders, ensuring employees can effectively demonstrate their knowledge and skills in their job duties. The position plays a critical role in managing training delivery, assessing training needs, and facilitating knowledge transfer within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the learning experience team in the design and delivery of learning programs.
• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive training plans for operational and project-based change initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for risks and issues identified by team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop learning solutions for complex project issues.
• Assess lessons learned from training delivery experiences and recommend solutions to close training gaps.
• Analyze training requests, scope projects, and create delivery timelines for training.
• Provide leadership in content development and training delivery contingencies.
• Design and develop various learning experiences to support stakeholder readiness.
• Establish mechanisms for the learning team to report progress and risks to training projects.
• Facilitate various learning solutions including instructor-led training and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Learning, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in learning design and delivery.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience with course authoring tools such as Captivate, Lectora, or Articulate.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in project-related work.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Experience in technology adoption for large transformations.
• Exposure to project management and change management strategies.
