About the position

The Executive Fast Track Program (EFTP) at Bosch offers a leadership role within the Vehicle Motion Division, focusing on Logistics Planning & Fulfillment. Over a 12-month period, participants will rotate through various positions in North America and abroad, gaining comprehensive experience in complex products and processes. The role emphasizes improving Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, enhancing forecast accuracy, and managing inventories across regional business units in the US and Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic and tactical activities of Scheduling, Planning, Forecasting, and Supply Management Analytics processes using SAP APO system.
  • Manage a multi-location network applying Supply Chain Management principles to ensure adequate supply and on-time delivery.
  • Interact and coordinate with internal and external sources including Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Distribution Centers.
  • Formulate and utilize methods and digitalization systems solutions for enhancing operational efficiencies and controlling supply and inventories.
  • Control, monitor, and evaluate the materials process using key performance indicators to drive improvements.
  • Establish a rigorous internal performance management system, including team and individual-level targets, scorecards, and tracking.
  • Encourage and facilitate the learning and development of others in both direct and indirect reporting structures.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a comparable technical degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in the mobility industry, preferably within an international setting and of increasing logistics responsibility.
  • Experience leading and implementing digital solutions.
  • Ability to relocate to different locations within the US, Mexico, and Germany for 3-6 month rotations.
