As a Logistics Manager at Bloomingdale's, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing both the colleague and customer experience. You will be tasked with meeting logistics standards in Return to Vendor (RTV), Jobout, and transfer metrics, while also achieving the company’s floor-ready standards. Collaboration with the Visual and Merchandising Teams will be crucial, especially during markdowns, jobouts, and RTV processes when the workload demands it. Additionally, you will engage in proactive strategies to reduce seasonal shortages, including the development and implementation of action plans and participation in shortage meetings and awareness weeks. Your success as a Logistics Manager will be measured by your ability to effectively communicate and present information to various stakeholders, including customers and internal business partners. You will need to demonstrate strong planning and execution skills, as well as the ability to monitor and adjust workflows to meet priorities. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
