About The Position

The Manager of Loyalty (Inflight) at Frontier Airlines is responsible for overseeing the co-brand credit card products, leading product strategy and operations, and developing marketing strategies to enhance cardholder acquisition and engagement. Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, account management, and/or partnerships.
  • 1-2 years of managing a team across different locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and marketing projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced skill level using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding or interest in learning HTML coding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and partners.
  • Strong corporate vendor development and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Frontier Airlines' co-brand credit card products.
  • Lead product strategy and operations for the loyalty program.
  • Develop face-to-face marketing strategies to increase cardholder acquisition and spend.
  • Conduct training sessions with flight attendants and staff at various bases.
  • Oversee the implementation of field marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Build customer insights to drive long-term growth of the co-brand program.
  • Drive excellence in campaign management and maintain an archival system for marketing materials.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaigns, presenting results and recommendations.
  • Create comprehensive training documents for inflight staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for card issuers and marketing agencies.
  • Lead and develop a team of coordinators supporting co-brand products.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team on marketing strategies.
  • Design promotions to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Develop internal communications to increase employee awareness of the co-branded credit card.
  • Maintain a project list to track the status of marketing efforts.
  • Design creative briefs for marketing assets.
  • Manage the co-brand credit card acquisition and portfolio marketing campaign calendar.
