About the position

The AFSVision Operations Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the transformation and design of functions within Commercial loan servicing. This role involves capturing business requirements, designing processes, ensuring operational readiness, and stabilizing operations post-implementation. The manager will collaborate with senior leaders to meet strategic objectives and will serve as an expert in conversions to AFSVision, with a deep understanding of commercial servicing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert leadership and oversight in the Operations execution of the Commercial Loan Servicing modernization program.
  • Work effectively with internal users and external third parties.
  • Build and execute an effective Operational readiness plan for over 2100 users impacted by the program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Operational efforts related to the program.
  • Collaborate with the technology organization to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and achievable within budget and timeline.
  • Manage complex multi-function delivery relationships with executive leadership and drive consensus across the organization.
  • Proactively manage program risks and risk mitigation plans.
  • Develop transformative business requirements and design future state processes to meet business benefits and transformational goals.
  • Ensure business processes meet future state risk management and control environment expectations.
  • Manage program resources to ensure delivery of outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Interact and liaise with senior leaders across various departments to ensure program needs are understood and considered in future state design.
  • Select, motivate, and retain high-performing talent, fostering a culture of teamwork and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
  • 10 or more years of experience in Operations Transformation with specific expertise in Commercial Loan operations
  • 5 years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations leadership, managing multiple related projects as a program
  • 4 years of experience leading a Commercial Operation through an AFSVision implementation, including business requirements, process design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
