Manager (m/w/d) IT Audit AI Compliance

About the position

The position at dhpg involves leading IT audits, particularly focusing on compliance and IT security, while also developing the field of AI auditing and consulting. The role requires strategic planning and execution of IT examinations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, and providing comprehensive IT consulting at the management level. Additionally, the position includes responsibility for digitalization projects, from process analysis to the implementation of targeted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and independent management of IT audits as part of annual and consolidated financial audits.
• Development and enhancement of the AI auditing and consulting business area to establish innovative solutions and services.
• Management and execution of certification audits in compliance and IT security to ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Comprehensive IT consulting at the management level for evaluating and implementing IT and AI solutions, as well as optimizing existing systems strategically.
• Responsibility for exciting internal and external digitalization projects, from analyzing existing processes to identifying optimization potentials and developing targeted solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT auditing, compliance & IT security, or data analysis, along with project management experience.
• Experience in implementing and auditing AI systems and consulting on AI solutions is advantageous.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable STEM field.
• Relevant certifications in the auditing field (CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CIA) are advantageous; support for obtaining these certifications is provided.
• Analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
