This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing our personalized video recommendation engine, which is a core component of our user engagement strategy. As a manager, you will oversee a team of machine learning engineers and software engineers, guiding them in the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that enhance user experience on our platform. You will be responsible for defining the overall architecture of the content recommender system, ensuring it meets the demands of our growing user base while maintaining reliability and performance. In this position, you will drive rapid iteration of our machine learning models without compromising on quality. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms, particularly as they apply to recommender systems. You should have experience in setting the direction for teams focused on developing online ranking and recommendation models.
