About The Position
The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, including personnel management, maintenance administration, and documentation for machinery, equipment, and buildings. This role ensures compliance with Sterigenics' quality system, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs. The position requires effective communication with both the General Manager and Corporate Engineering, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and manage maintenance activities efficiently.
