About The Position
The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at L3Harris is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing manufacturing engineering plans and projects. This role involves defining and transferring manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems, as well as developing manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. The manager will actively participate with engineering project teams to coordinate the release of new products and will be responsible for estimating and tracking manufacturing costs, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
