About the position

The Marketing Manager at One&Only Moonlight Basin will oversee branded and property-specific marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications. This role focuses on strategic campaign development to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings, including media planning, content creation, and adherence to global brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and thrive under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality execution of all marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Directors of Marketing & Communications on all marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Develop and implement multichannel B2C and B2B campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage B2C and B2B activations from ideation to execution, leveraging internal resources and fostering teamwork.
  • Develop creative briefs and provide direction for advertising and guest-facing communications, including print, digital, and video content.
  • Strategize digital marketing efforts, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Execute local campaigns in addition to international initiatives to increase footfall to the Spa and F&B outlets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics across all channels, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Generate ideas and develop ongoing content for emails, social media, press releases, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain the resort's master content calendar to drive monthly storytelling across all B2C channels.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to create promotional timelines and materials for events and activations.
  • Plan and execute resort photo and video shoots, ensuring assets are widely shared and uploaded to the central system.
  • Adapt content for various marketing and communication channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
  • Create and design sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and toolkits.
  • Design assets needed for launching advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and social media ads.
  • Ensure all guest-facing collateral is on-brand and current.
  • Oversee the print production process, understanding various specifications and methods available.
  • Act as the One&Only brand ambassador, ensuring resort activities align with global brand standards.
  • Ensure all creative assets and marketing materials comply with global brand templates.
  • Represent the resort appropriately at trade shows and events with compliant sales and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, media, and other vendors for advertising, content development, and social media efforts.
  • Manage projects to meet established timelines and operate within marketing and communication budgets.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of B2C marketing and communication strategies.
  • Expertise in content creation and storytelling techniques.
  • Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in brand building and demand generation through various content types.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven abilities in communication, project management, and organization.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
