About the position

As a Manager of Marketing and Creative Operations at Dealer Tire, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Your responsibilities will encompass managing omni-channel marketing strategies, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. In your role, you will orchestrate and manage Creative Services projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. You will lead project kick-off meetings, engage necessary resources, and utilize a web-based project management tool to streamline project workflows. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor relationships, overseeing cost estimates, and ensuring that all materials are sourced and delivered in a timely manner. You will be expected to stay current on industry trends and technologies, influencing their adoption within the company to benefit both the organization and its customers. As a leader, you will provide guidance and coaching to your team, communicate project priorities, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration. You will monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and make recommendations regarding staffing needs and individual hires. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with the company's goals and objectives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive omni-channel marketing initiatives for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report progress towards defined objectives using analytics tools.
  • Identify and develop new strategies for market development and improved results.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in marketing initiatives.
  • Orchestrate and manage Creative Services projects from planning through delivery.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings to gather information for accurate project estimates and scheduling.
  • Engage resources to complete campaigns/projects and assess workload and key metrics.
  • Manage a web-based project management tool to streamline project workflows and communication.
  • Oversee production and fulfillment of jobs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Maintain Dealer Tire and Enterprise branded storefronts and manage internal requests.
  • Continuously seek efficiencies and automations in the creative workflow.
  • Track and report key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Communicate and negotiate project deliverables and timelines with internal departments and vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, and traffic/production.
  • Complete understanding of design and production processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate directly with dealers and account managers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to accommodate ambiguity in projects.
  • Experience with web-based project management tools.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Project organization and management experience with independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and proficiency with Mac Operating Systems.
