About the position

The Manager of Marketing Communications at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing marketing communications activities and materials. This includes internal and external event planning, digital content development, and support for digital sales enablement tools. The role collaborates with the Medical Informatics Business Unit to develop and execute communication strategies that effectively represent the company's products and services, driving interest and demand among target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate and product communications strategies aligned with BU marketing goals.
  • Collaborate on clinical messaging and delivery both internally and externally.
  • Recommend communications tactics, budget allocation, and activities for approved strategies.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for success with each campaign and communications strategy.
  • Manage BU advertising budget and ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation with vendors.
  • Identify informational needs for communication tactics and coordinate creative briefings.
  • Adhere to quality and regulatory compliance requirements in all job duties.
  • Identify, contract, and manage outside resources and agencies for marketing communication activities.
  • Plan and manage photo shoots, video productions, and editing sessions.
  • Manage fulfillment services including vendor relations and inventory management.
  • Support Public Relations, Employee Communications, Event, and E-Communications efforts.
  • Develop marketing communication materials to support marketing plans and programs.
  • Assist product management with communications media and advertising materials.
  • Work with internal events manager and outside agencies for trade show presence and promotional communications.
  • Comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and applicable standards.

Requirements

  • At least five years' marketing communications or advertising experience in the healthcare space, agency and/or client-side, IT, and B-2-B space.
  • Experience with online communications, demand generation, lead nurturing, media planning, events, and trade show marketing.
  • High attention to detail and project management skills with proven experience in managing projects and campaigns to successful on-time completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work within healthcare product management and sales.
  • Strong presentation and analytic skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital marketing, and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Showpad.
