About the position

The Manager, Marketing Engine Production plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Engine team, focusing on automation and the in-house agency. This position is designed for a customer-obsessed individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while optimizing speed and cost efficiency for the business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive project manager capable of navigating complex projects with a keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. In this role, the Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational contact for the in-house agency, ensuring quality control and effective communication through regular status meetings. They will support marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on customer service, focusing on reducing production costs and improving project turnaround times. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining project plans for various production tasks, including resizing, video edits, and updates to marketing materials, while conducting regular internal meetings to ensure timely delivery and effective use of agency resources. Additionally, the Manager will coordinate marketing automation programs, acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers. They will support test and learn initiatives by consolidating content and collaborating with the Data and Digital Solutions (DDS) team on ad hoc projects. The role also includes responsibilities as a CRC Coordinator, where the Manager will assist with legal and regulatory reviews for marketing automation projects and ensure compliance with industry standards. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, or digital environments, preferably with agency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for the in-house agency, ensuring quality control and effective communication.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to meet and exceed expectations for digital projects.
  • Maintain project plans for production projects, including resizes, video edits, and marketing material updates.
  • Coordinate always-on automation programs and serve as the point of contact for internal customers.
  • Support test and learn initiatives by consolidating content and collaborating with the DDS team.
  • Conduct regular internal customer meetings to ensure timely delivery and usage of agency resources.
  • Support the marketing automation team on legal/regulatory reviews for identified test and learns.
  • Interact with Legal and Regulatory teams as a CRC Coordinator for Marketing Engine Value Strikes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant marketing, project management, or digital experience required.
  • Experience in a regulated marketing environment is required.
  • Agency experience as a client or vendor is preferred.
  • Experience in Adobe graphic design is preferred.
  • Completion of CRC Coordinator Training Internal required within 90 days.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
