About the position

The Membership Marketing Coordinator at Cabbage Club is responsible for supporting the marketing strategy aimed at driving member activation, engagement, and loyalty. This role involves developing and optimizing digital marketing content, primarily through email campaigns, while collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. The coordinator will analyze campaign performance, support local and national events, and manage specific marketing projects to enhance the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing content and campaigns, primarily focused on email.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to define requirements and campaign goals, provide updates, and solicit feedback.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Design teams to create compelling marketing content, including copywriting and email templates.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Operations to ensure compliant execution of campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize email engagement and conversions.
  • Support new market activations by coordinating marketing materials for dispensaries.
  • Assist in setting up marketing and product display materials for events.
  • Coordinate resources and vendors for local and national Member events.
  • Own specific marketing projects such as seasonal campaigns and customer feedback initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of professional experience in email marketing, campaign management, or similar digital marketing role.
  • Proficient in managing email marketing platforms, with Klaviyo experience preferred.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leading specialty projects such as events and product launches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and action-oriented.
