About the position

The Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence within the marketing function at JLL. This role focuses on optimizing processes, supporting finance strategy, and ensuring effective reporting across the Global Marketing organization. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to manage budgets, analyze marketing spend, and improve financial procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a holistic view and understanding of the Marketing organization, priorities and programs.
  • Collaborate with business, field, COE and the executive office of the marketing organization to guide and influence budget maintenance.
  • Drive the yearly budget cycle across the Marketing organization.
  • Partner closely with Finance to report and analyze marketing spend.
  • Provide coaching/training for marketing employees in financial procedures and reporting accuracy.
  • Support vendor onboarding, purchasing, contract execution, accruals, amortizations, and invoicing for program and budget owners.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience in marketing, operations, finance, or analytics
  • Ability to take initiative and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Experience with data analysis and process documentation
  • Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
  • Proven research, analytical and data visualization skills
  • Experience with tools like Excel, PeopleSoft Finance, Allocadia, Tableau, Smartsheets

Nice-to-haves

  • Project management skills/background
  • Prior knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Prior experience with marketing/creative firms
