About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Adtalem Global Education will support the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team by optimizing customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology. The role focuses on ensuring system health, stability, and quality while equipping the sales team with necessary tools for optimal performance. This position requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and a problem-solving mindset to enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall health and efficiency of customer experience.
  • Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency and identifying solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Use analytical and creative approaches to condense large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations and reports.
  • Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provide user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
  • Champion new technology/process innovation around the Enrollment platform to reduce lead costs and enhance the Prospect/Student experience.
  • Identify and help implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
  • Drive and project manage initiatives across institutions and departments.
  • Partner with Institutional leadership and Marketing to ensure activities support evolving needs with a focus on process improvements and marketing capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, UX and CX mapping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years in sales operations, enablement, and innovation.
  • Advanced Excel, data modeling and analysis skills.
  • Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in data visualization - building dashboards and interactive visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills (commercial, operational, organizational, global).
  • Experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.
  • Related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask and support several projects at once.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data visualization tools other than Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Experience with contract management and negotiations.
