About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at The Trade Desk will play a crucial role in enhancing global marketing initiatives by managing the marketing operations delivery roadmap, optimizing regional campaigns, overseeing marketing technology, ensuring compliance with data regulations, and driving continuous process improvements. This position supports successful marketing outcomes across multiple markets, focusing on operational efficiency and impactful results on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the delivery roadmap for marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.
  • Implement regional marketing campaigns, including setting up email automation workflows, conducting A/B testing, and list selection.
  • Deliver localized training sessions to marketing teams and develop training materials to support the adoption of marketing tools.
  • Work with the Director of MOPS to develop and maintain the marketing technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and oversee their rollout to marketing teams.
  • Ensure regional compliance with data regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation, implementing best practices across marketing operations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for brand, digital, and performance marketing teams, collaborating on local initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in executing regional marketing campaigns and managing marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with user management and system administration within marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data regulations compliance such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email automation workflows.
