About the position

As the Manager of Marketing Operations at Hightower Advisors, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing the technology and processes that support the Advisor Marketing department and the company's individual advisor teams. This role involves managing marketing technology, vendor relationships, and performance reporting to enhance marketing efforts and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the marketing automation platform (Hubspot) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.
  • Define cleaning processes to boost engagement rates and manage subscriber lists.
  • Manage marketing vendor relationships and technologies, integrating automation into processes and workflows.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new advisor teams, ensuring onboarding and training.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance reports to inform campaign strategy and project planning.
  • Directly manage one marketing administrator and lead teams to drive success with marketing technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing within the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Expertise with HubSpot marketing platform (required).
  • Experience working in Asana or similar project management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-profile projects.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance-tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
