About the position

The Manager of Marketing Personalization at Signet Jewelers will play a pivotal role in transforming the marketing function into a customer-centric and personalization-driven operation. This position involves leading the execution of personalized marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and web, to drive revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals and customer journeys, while also overseeing the technical execution and quality assurance of these campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the marketing pod on execution feasibility during campaign strategy planning.
  • Oversee campaign execution from start to finish, including configuration of campaigns in relevant channels.
  • Perform campaign quality assurance, launch tests, and iteratively update based on pod feedback.
  • Work closely with the Data & Tech Lead to ensure business requirements are met within campaign execution.
  • Ensure accuracy of automated measurement tagging across channels and support Research & Business Intelligence Lead as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in channel marketing execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Strong experience with channel execution tools (e.g., Sailthru, Movable Ink).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end email marketing execution, including email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in an agile marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
