About the position

The Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations is responsible for overseeing project management and operations within the Marketing Transformation team. This role focuses on driving key transformational projects that enhance brand engagement and traffic, while also supporting operational tasks for the Marketing organization. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage high-impact, transformational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support the development of presentation materials to share with the Marketing Leadership team and the broader Marketing organization.
• Track progress status of key initiatives belonging to the Marketing Leadership team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Marketing Transformation team.
• Support effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to the Marketing Leadership team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar administrative roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate critical conversations and presentations at leadership levels.
