About the position

The B2B Marketing Manager at Shoes For Crews is a results-driven marketing leader responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) segments. This role focuses on omni-channel marketing efforts, collaborating with various teams to create a customer-centric approach that drives engagement and growth. The manager will oversee marketing initiatives, optimize communication strategies, and leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the B2B corporate and unit-level customer marketing planning, execution, testing, and measurement for all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute effective communications and messaging strategy across channels and customer journeys for B2B audiences.
  • Align the communications plan with the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Leverage various digital and traditional touchpoints to drive sales and engagement.
  • Activate and drive awareness of the safety footwear program at the unit level across the US and Canada.
  • Optimize the right channel mix and frequency based on segmentation and an account-based marketing (ABM) approach.
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop relevant content and sales enablement tools.
  • Manage the B2B marketing calendar and workflows for omnichannel campaigns.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure results and optimize channel performance.
  • Produce, share, and present plans, results, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage agency partners and interface with B2B customers as needed.
  • Develop a team of B2B marketers and ensure their continued development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or general management required; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B and end-user marketing experience with strong digital and traditional marketing expertise.
  • Proven effectiveness across various audiences and channels (Email, SMS, website, social, paid media, direct mail, etc.).
  • Experience in building compelling campaigns and content that resonate with relevant audiences.
  • Unit-level and franchise marketing experience is a plus; ABM experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Comfortable working with Sales Teams and external customers.
  • Analytical and critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Team management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management experience with solid organization and prioritization skills.
