About the position

The Marketing Manager at WSP USA will play a crucial role in supporting the Earth & Environment (E&E) business through strategic marketing initiatives, including conference and event planning, collateral production management, and client account program support. This position requires a leader with experience in the A/E/C industry who can effectively collaborate with various teams to achieve marketing objectives and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discussions with regional leaders and marketing managers regarding conferences and events.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a regional/local E&E conference/event program.
  • Research, gather, and edit collateral materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend efficiencies using innovative technologies.
  • Ensure proposals and marketing materials are compliant and delivered timely.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Work with conference/event teams to develop strategies based on business intelligence.
  • Support the client account program in partnership with account leaders.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to write and edit content for clarity and compliance.
  • Organize and coach technical staff for presentations.
  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings for client account teams.
  • Coordinate communications activities, including press releases and newsletters.
  • Support other marketing manager colleagues with various projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in the AEC industry in a similar capacity
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in advanced marketing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software
  • Possesses a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and editorial skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing standard and complex proposals from onset to conclusion
