The Manager, Medical Affairs for Oral Care at Kenvue is responsible for leading medical affairs strategies, providing scientific guidance, and managing research related to oral health products. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of medical affairs strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of medical information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop medical affairs/medical communications documents to facilitate the seamless flow of scientific information related to products
  • Inform business about development pathways and data generation opportunities related to clinical trials
  • Train employees and business partners who require in-depth scientific knowledge of products, disease states, and oral health
  • Partner with key business units and forge relationships with key opinion leaders to achieve business results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and scientific advancements to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Represent the company at medical conferences and other industry events to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation
  • Manage and mentor a team of medical affairs professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional growth
  • Design and implement medical affairs programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Review promotional material and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships between medical affairs and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Dental science degree (e.g., DDS, DMD, MDS)
  • 8-10 years related experience in medical affairs
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to clinical trials and medical affairs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of success in medical affairs or a related field
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Health industry
