About the position

Progyny is seeking a Manager, Member Growth Marketing to support our clients in raising awareness of Progyny's benefits within their populations. In this role, you'll work alongside the client success team as a member marketing subject matter expert. After getting to know your clients' unique needs, you'll recommend marketing strategies that effectively engage their populations toward meeting a shared utilization goal. You'll also work within the marketing team to bring those campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the client success team to foster strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that reach diverse audiences across multiple channels, ensuring both scalability and customization where it matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the development of a playbook outlining best practices for member outreach and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a client-facing growth marketing role, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
