About the position

Infineon is seeking a regional marketing manager for the Memories Product Line, focusing on NOR FLASH and RAM in the Americas, particularly North America. The role involves driving business activities, staying updated on market trends, and providing feedback to the product line team. The manager will develop new business opportunities while collaborating with local distribution sales teams across various applications. Success in this position is measured by revenue, margin, and new business achievements.

Responsibilities

• Assess business opportunities in the region and achieve expected revenue from distribution business.
• Identify new opportunities, product synergies, and partnerships while monitoring market trends.
• Respond timely to open distribution quote requests.
• Develop a long-term strategy for revenue and profit growth in the region.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers and the sales organization, providing world-class service.
• Support training and create marketing collateral.
• Contribute to market research and provide inputs for business planning models.
• Position products effectively with customers.
• Develop a multi-year sales opportunities funnel for long-term growth.
• Maintain quarterly and annual revenue targets and drive tactical activities for immediate revenue.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing on product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7 years of business development and product marketing experience.
• Experience in semiconductor marketing, preferably with semiconductor memories.
• Sales experience in a quota-bearing position is a plus.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating across cultures.
• Market knowledge in industrial, medical, and communication segments.
