Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure merchandise is presented attractively and effectively.
• Oversee all merchandising activities including product movement, price changes, signage, and visual execution.
• Create stunning store displays and strategize on pricing, signage, and merchandising.
• Implement optimal merchandise execution standards tailored to store architecture and product assortment.
• Train and develop team members on merchandising execution standards and techniques.
• Manage inventory flow, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Document work with photos to create visual resources for education and inspiration.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of direct reports.
• Foster a supportive work environment that encourages diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience in retail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and effective communication.
• Ability to strategize on pricing, signage, and overall merchandising.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Technical proficiency in using Microsoft suite and handheld devices.
