About the position

The National Accounts Sales Manager at 4Front Engineered Solutions is responsible for driving sales strategies and managing relationships with national accounts for high-performance doors and dock equipment. This role involves monitoring performance, preparing project proposals, and coordinating sales efforts with various stakeholders. The position requires significant travel and offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates near major airports.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance and devise sales strategies for National Accounts
  • Review competitor sales efforts and strategies, ensuring market intelligence is passed to the marketing function
  • Prepare project proposals and ensure accurate and competitive proposal delivery
  • Coordinate sales efforts with architects, consultants, general contractors, etc.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including quoting, order entry, installation, and final inspection
  • Plan and ensure optimum use of resources with distributors to attain assigned targets
  • Travel up to 50%, requiring a current passport and driver license

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience selling capital equipment, industrial goods, or related products
  • Proven success record in exceeding revenue and margin budget goals
  • Superior communication skills
  • Knowledge of complete product line and market awareness
  • Ability to maintain a customer database and strong network of industry contacts
  • Ability to analyze and interpret specifications and prepare quotations
  • Ability to prioritize workload, prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up
  • Ability to present sales training for architects, customers, dealers, engineers, etc.
