About the position
The National Insight Consultant Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of consultants who analyze data to enhance the adoption and optimization of Medication Management Solutions (MMS) products. This position focuses on delivering data-driven insights specifically for the top 50 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) managed by the National Account Team, ensuring high-quality service and strategic alignment with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants conducting data analysis, visualization, and storytelling for national team clients.
- Oversee the development and execution of data analysis projects to provide actionable insights for MMS product adoption and optimization.
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Customer Success Organization (CCSO) leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance product adoption and usage.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored insights and recommendations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to drive value with customers in post-implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years' experience in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, business analytics, or healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and/or leading teams, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven product knowledge in the business area.
