About the position
The National Insight Consultant Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of consultants who analyze data to enhance the adoption and optimization of Medication Management Solutions (MMS) products. This position focuses on delivering actionable insights to the top 50 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) managed by the National Account Team, ensuring high-quality service and strategic alignment with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants conducting data analysis, visualization, and storytelling for national team clients.
- Oversee the development and execution of data analysis projects to provide actionable insights for MMS product adoption and optimization.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Customer Success Organization (CCSO) leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance product adoption and usage.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate, track, and report on key performance metrics to the CCSO leadership team to drive value with the customer in post-implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years' experience in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, business analytics, or healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and/or leading teams, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven product knowledge in the business area.
