About the position

The Manager, National Training is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, maintenance, and administration of all training and development solutions at Pinnacle Live. This remote role focuses on building technical, functional, industry, and leadership capabilities to align with company goals, ensuring that training programs are relevant and effective in enhancing employee skills and competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the planning and implementation of training and development solutions.
  • Lead the design of a robust training curriculum including technical, soft skills, and compliance training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Pinnacle Live's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop curriculum, career paths, and coordinate training execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify future skills and competencies needed.
  • Create best-in-class onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Manage sponsorship and mentorship programs for employee development.
  • Lead the development of emerging leaders and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Review and update training programs to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Implement and maintain training policies, standards, and tools.
  • Manage learning and development providers and oversee the annual budget for training initiatives.
  • Lead a team of learning and development professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of industry experience in learning and development.
  • Experience managing large-scale learning and development programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead across the organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning and development tools and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively with colleagues and senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with personality assessment tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
