Orveon Global is seeking a Manager of New Product Development to lead the launch activities for a designated category within our iconic beauty brands, including bareMinerals, BUXOM, and Laura Mercier. This role is pivotal in developing and executing launch projects to ensure that all programs are delivered on time, in full (OTIF). The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product Development, Package Engineering, Creative, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that all necessary development, qualification, and execution activities of new products are completed successfully. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of projects that may include new product launches and supply chain design changes, depending on business needs. You will be responsible for leading the new product development process from concept generation to execution, ensuring that timing, quantity, and key performance indicator (KPI) targets are achieved. You will also establish and maintain an 18-month new product development calendar in conjunction with the brand, proactively driving the kick-off briefing process using a range of standard time plan templates that vary in duration according to product complexity. A key aspect of this role is to consistently challenge and reduce development lead-times while ensuring that all costs of goods sold (COGs), quality, and service requirements are met or exceeded. You will work with key stakeholders, including Global Marketing, Finance, Sales, and various Operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
