About the position

The Manager, North America Marketing Operations, Technology & AI is a pivotal role within SC Johnson, responsible for advancing our end-to-end commercialization ecosystem by leveraging cutting-edge technologies from our partners, including dynamic AdTech and automation. This position is integral to the North American marketing landscape, collaborating closely with various stakeholders including marketing operations, brands, media, and creative agencies to continuously refine our commercialization strategies. The role encompasses oversight of people, processes, and technology, ensuring that we are at the forefront of innovation in marketing operations. In this capacity, you will engage with partners to introduce new capabilities and technologies, while also optimizing existing workflows to harness the power of AI and technology. The goal is to transition routine computational tasks to technology, allowing our commercialization teams to focus on strategic decision-making. The Marketing Operations organization serves as a central hub that fosters innovation and collaboration, driving differentiated growth for our brands. By delivering advanced capabilities, we empower our brands and categories to boldly embrace technology-driven innovation, thereby enhancing growth across all current and future marketing touchpoints. This role is not just about managing operations; it is about leading the charge in modern commercialization. You will be tasked with driving technology-driven efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with IT partners to iteratively upgrade our commercialization stack, and continuously testing and evolving new operational methodologies. The integration of sales, media, and marketing data into our commercialization processes will be crucial for informing and automating ongoing marketing optimization. Ultimately, your efforts will help automate workflows, creating a closed-loop model that liberates our marketers from the minutiae of daily tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technology-driven efficiency, effectiveness, and growth for SCJ and its brands.
  • Collaborate with SCJ IT partners to iteratively upgrade the commercialization stack.
  • Evolve, test, and iterate new ways of working through technology, MarTech, AI, and data.
  • Pilot new methods to enhance efficiency and adapt to the changing commercialization ecosystem.
  • Integrate sales, media, and marketing data into the commercialization process for continuous optimization.
  • Automate workflows to establish a closed-loop model, freeing marketers from day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
