About the position

The Manager of Account Managers at Amazon Autos is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring a positive experience for sellers within the program. Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers.
  • Contribute to goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals and business strategy development.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of customers.
  • Participate actively in hiring and developing the best talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in account, program, or product management in related industries like retail, automotive, or technology.
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing and leading teams while driving organizational goals.
  • Experience building customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions.
  • Track record of developing business plans and managing multiple projects across teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence and CRM tools like SalesForce.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
