About the position

This position requires a strong background in systems and technology, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing and maintaining relationships across various levels of the organization and with external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Applications Suite and SQL is essential, along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Leadership experience is also a key requirement, as the candidate will be expected to lead teams and drive improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience working with systems and technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 5 years of experience working with systems and technology.
• At least 2 years experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• At least 2 years experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
• At least 2 years experience developing/generating reports and delivering the results to various levels of the organization.
• At least 2 years experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Applications Suite including development of Power Apps, Power Automate (MS Flow), and Power BI as well as Power Query.
• At least 2 years experience working with SQL, SQL Servers and MS Servers.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
