About the position

The Manager of Case Management Systems Integration at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of case management systems. This role focuses on integrating platforms like Brittco and CaseWorthy to enhance data quality and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with program objectives. The manager will oversee system rollout, user training, data governance, and stakeholder communication to optimize case management practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for the rollout and integration of case management systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies during the rollout.
• Oversee system configuration to meet program-specific needs and comply with data policies.
• Collaborate with IT, program leads, and software vendors for seamless system integration.
• Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff on case management systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations.
• Develop guidelines on data entry, storage, and retrieval practices.
• Lead data audits and quality control initiatives.
• Stay informed on case management technology trends and seek optimization opportunities.
• Measure and report on system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to promote user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, project management, or related fields, preferably with a focus on case management systems.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of case management software solutions.
• Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in case management platforms (Brittco, CaseWorthy preferred), data management, and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
