About the position

The Manager of Client Experience at PureCars is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in the realm of CDP and Lifecycle Marketing. This role focuses on managing client relationships, reducing churn rates, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. The position requires a blend of management skills, data analysis, and empathetic leadership to ensure the success and professional growth of the team while enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the success and professional growth of a team of Account Executives responsible for client relationship management, retention, and growth.
  • Oversee daily and weekly activities of direct reports and monitor digital marketing performance to identify opportunities for account expansion and churn risks.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Performance and Sales leadership to improve communication and processes for increased retention and acquisition of new clients.
  • Analyze performance data with direct reports and establish action plans to enhance team and account performance.
  • Interface directly with clients, conduct technical QBR calls, and present performance metrics to internal executives.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing a large client portfolio within a digital marketing or SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including Search (paid and organic), Programmatic, and Social Media.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring Account Executives, tracking metrics, and identifying churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Account Executive best practices and ability to teach these methods across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives and clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Automotive tech experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in data-driven decision making combined with a human-oriented approach to relationship management.
