About the position

The Manager of Client Services at Broward House, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Case Management and Health Navigation programs within the Client Services Department. This role involves managing staff, ensuring program quality and compliance, and contributing to the development and implementation of program services aimed at supporting individuals affected by HIV and related health issues. The position emphasizes collaboration, community engagement, and the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned Case Management and Health Navigation programs and staff within the Client Services Department.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and implement program quality assurance and improvement through various means such as chart reviews and surveys.
  • Provide input, oversight, and monitoring to program activities, including the development of collaborating agencies for intervention/prevention activities.
  • Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and ensure the implementation of evidence-based models.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing patterns with qualified personnel, including supervision and training.
  • Assess, develop, locate, and track training needs for program staff.
  • Monitor program productivity, outcomes, and service delivery goals.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program services and standards.
  • Attend and facilitate community and program meetings, as well as staff trainings as determined by the Director.
  • Maintain databases and data tracking systems in accordance with agency standards.
  • Address and document client and provider concerns prior to escalation to the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health Sciences or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in health services or program management.
  • 1 year of program management and/or staff supervision experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HIV disease, intervention, and prevention.
  • Knowledge of Substance Abuse/Mental Health intervention and prevention.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multiple databases.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
