We are currently looking to hire a full-time Manager of Community Integration Programs. The primary responsibility is to lead the team that delivers person-centered care and services that enable the employment of the People We Service (PWS) with employment development and services. This role is crucial in supervising individuals' supports, maintaining assigned programs, and implementing Individual Plans for Employment through employment services and development in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose of ensuring that individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential. As a leader of teams and individuals, you will align the passion and talents of others to serve the people we support by actively developing others, empowering teams, promoting collaboration, removing barriers, achieving results, and showing recognition and appreciation to attract and retain diverse talent. You will create an environment where everyone can thrive, ensuring that standard AbleLight operating procedures and any related state and local regulations are implemented consistently across the homes in your area of accountability. This position also involves maintaining a strong and collaborative working partnership with all colleagues, leadership, PWS, and parents & guardians, focusing on budget and metrics to positively influence the program and grow residential services. In addition, you will coordinate, implement, and participate in job developer/employment specialist and job coach training and in-services, represent the organization by educating community members about the importance of integrating individuals supported into community employment, and manage program budgets while ensuring compliance with financial records and billing requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead the team that delivers person-centered care and services for employment development.
  • Supervise individuals' supports and maintain assigned programs.
  • Implement Individual Plans for Employment through employment services in a residential setting.
  • Align the passion and talents of team members to serve the people supported.
  • Develop and empower teams while promoting collaboration and removing barriers.
  • Welcome, onboard, and train new colleagues, identifying additional training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with AbleLight operating procedures and state regulations.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues and families to resolve issues.
  • Provide recommendations for quality and process improvements.
  • Complete all required training and development as per policies and procedures.
  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with colleagues, leadership, and families.
  • Plan and facilitate opportunities to build social capital in employment settings.
  • Coordinate and implement job developer/employment specialist training and in-services.
  • Educate community members about the importance of integrating individuals into community employment.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with financial records and billing requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two to three years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting focused on serving others.
  • Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
  • Experience in Therap preferred but not required.
  • Driver's License in good standing.
  • Ability to pass a State Background Check.

Nice-to-haves
