About the position

The Manager of Customer Onboarding Services at Wiese USA is responsible for leading the customer onboarding team, ensuring data entry standards are met within the company's operating system. This role involves maintaining data integrity, managing service contract records, and overseeing the onboarding process for new customers. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer onboarding team to establish data entry standards.
  • Administer master file/table information to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Manage the addition and amendment of service contract records and new customer profiles in EBS and CRM.
  • Conduct periodic audits and exception reporting to resolve data errors.
  • Assist in developing and updating Standard Work documents for onboarding processes.
  • Track, analyze, and execute key performance metrics for the onboarding function.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Plan work using procedures and manuals to meet customer demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to develop a team through visionary leadership.
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, critical thinking, and mathematical calculations.
  • Experience managing large and small-scale projects.
  • Ability to manage through change.
  • Previous exposure to operating systems (EBS) is a plus.
