Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation of the Millington Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-6 years of professional-level experience in Customer Service or related areas.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Division policies and procedures pertaining to customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and execute policies and programs.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse population.
  • Mathematical ability to prepare and review financial and statistical reports.
  • Ability to build rapport and win the confidence of customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence.
