About the position

The Manager of Data Governance & MDM will lead the transformation of a client's data strategy by designing and implementing enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) and governance frameworks. This role focuses on driving strategic value by placing data at the core of business decisions while ensuring compliance and quality across pharmaceutical and healthcare data systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the enterprise data governance strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions focusing on healthcare provider (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) data.
• Drive data quality initiatives and automation across large-scale patient and claims datasets.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align data governance with business objectives.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while driving best practices.
• Spearhead integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

• Expertise in MDM and data governance within pharmaceutical/life sciences.
• Strong technical capabilities in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working with healthcare data like EMR, Claims, and APLD.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in implementing data quality frameworks.
• Background in computer science, IT, or pharmacy with relevant industry experience.
