About the position

The Manager of Digital, Data and Technology will play a crucial role in supporting a key client in the RMG industry focused on enhancing factory worker and workplace safety. This position involves the development and management of innovative databases and policies tailored to the client's unique requirements, ensuring data quality, and supporting monitoring and evaluation processes. The role requires critical thinking and the ability to articulate data insights effectively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Support data reliability and usability assessments.
• Extract relevant data and build detailed reports for leadership.
• Contribute to data security efforts including backup and recovery.
• Collaborate and support team members on day-to-day activities.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Create, revise, and enforce data management policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience managing data in a professional setting.
• Understanding of data management and administrative policies.
• Familiar with modern, high-tech databases, IT systems and websites.
• Proficient in Tableau, Python, Power BI, and WordPress for website support.
• Strong attention to detail in statistical information.
• Knowledge of data security laws and protocols.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
