CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics and Innovation to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will manage and implement digital tagging and analytics measurement strategies for CPI Security's portfolio of digital products, which includes websites, product pages, offer pages, lead generation, mobile applications, and reporting applications. This role will require close collaboration with development, analytics, digital marketing, and business team members to capture the data necessary for informed business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to protect our customers and what matters most to them. As part of the Digital Analytics & Innovation team within CPI Security's eCommerce organization, you will focus on enabling new digital marketing capabilities and defining the strategic roadmap for evolving our eCommerce platforms across both digital and non-digital spaces. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of analytics and tagging strategies across all digital properties, with an emphasis on enhancing reporting, analytics, and paid media optimization activities. You will design and document customized analytics tracking specifications for all digital channels, including web, mobile apps, and microsites, ensuring that data capture is consistent and accurate across platforms. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the testing, quality assurance, quality control, and debugging of analytics and tagging code. As the subject matter expert on web analytics and digital tagging, you will work with business partners and agencies to ensure that all digital media is tagged and trackable, allowing for the creation and sharing of standard reports. You will track, prioritize, and manage analytics implementation initiatives across multiple teams, serving as the primary contact for all analytics and tracking implementation requests. Additionally, you will oversee the setup and management of Google & Bing Search Consoles, as well as tagging and implementation for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
