About the position

The Manager of Digital Solutions at Restaurant Associates is responsible for overseeing the updates and user experiences of various technology systems within a large corporate food service operation. This role involves managing digital systems such as Point of Sale, Mobile Order, and other hospitality-related applications to ensure they meet user needs and operational goals. The position is integral to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of technological solutions in a high-profile location in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of site-wide Digital Systems, including user experience, updates, and other digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and expansion of the mobile order app, ensuring it meets user needs and operational goals.
  • Maintain and coordinate team updates to various digital platforms, including signage systems, digital logging systems, team communication channels, and waste tracking.
  • Coordinate content management with other Departments and ensure the smooth operation of digital services across the organization.
  • Integrate technology systems into global reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all technological solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams ensuring best practices are followed and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing technology systems within a corporate or operations setting, particularly in POS and mobile applications.
  • Strong background in content management and digital services, with experience coordinating across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in global reporting and data integration is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred- not required.
