Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers
• Oversee engineering designs using 2D CAD and 3D Autodesk Inventor software
• Manage CAM and CNC programming initiatives
• Develop accurate bill of materials (BOM) for manufactured products
• Serve as a technical expert on products and services
• Liaise between Engineering and Production teams
• Drive research and development initiatives
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and change requests
• Create and maintain engineering plans, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with CNC machine programming
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Experience with storefront and curtain wall systems
• Ability to read architectural blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance
